Why Talk About Death & Dying?
The art of dying well is also the art of living well. By understanding who we are and what we are made for, we can order our lives and values according to God’s design for our true fulfillment. Knowing we will die someday allows us to live as prudent stewards of the time we’re given, and it grants us the ability to joyfully anticipate eternal life.
The Eternal Rest Retreat will address the large-scale questions about death from a Catholic perspective. A video series and discussion will lead participants on a journey from death’s origin to Christ’s final victory at the Cross and Resurrection.
-Full day and partial day options are available
-Continental breakfast & box lunch are provided (a free will offering will be taken)
-This retreat will fulfill the Diocese recommendation that all assisting at Mass (EMHC, Proclaimer, Greeter) attend a day of recollection or retreat.
-Registration Deadline: October 30, 2024
Click "Eternal Rest Retreat" to register here, or register in person at the Hospitality Desk.
